Gluten-Free
Shortly after our retail store opened, we realized there was a significant void in the community for gluten-free foods. (Gluten is found in wheat, rye and barley which in part or whole are found in a variety of foods.)
Our chefs began developing products to serve this market and strive to have gluten-free loaves, baguettes, pizza crusts and chocolate cookies available. Several of our regular menu items are gluten-free. Upon request we’ll prepare gluten free cakes, cupcakes, chocolate éclairs, ciabatta rolls, stuffing and gravies.
